What a read. We have so much in common. I’ve been healing inter-generational trauma too. Past life healing, ancestral and this lifetimes trauma (including my own birth), all fully healed as of last month.
Privilege makes it possible but it doesn’t make it any easier. And at the moment, it is so very misunderstood and in turn, unsupported on a wider scale.
